CARE FOR YOU
Our approach to care at Barrock Court is person-centred and this means that we tailor our support to not only the healthcare needs of Residents but also their interests, abilities, and personality. We work together with Residents, families or next of kin to create a personalised care plan that ensures the Residents’ wishes, goals and decisions are included in the care they receive that is unique to them. Our compassionate team take the time to get to know Residents on a personal level as part of their stay with us, so that they can live the life they choose.
If a Resident’s care needs change then we will revisit and adapt their support plans to ensure that individual needs are always met in the most appropriate and considerate way. Residents and family members, are involved as much as possible in proposed changes to individual support plans at all times.
