A Heartfelt Donation from Neilston Parish Church to Mill View Care Home

Mill View Care Home was recently blessed with a generous visit from Christine Kyle, a dedicated member of the Neilston Parish Church Pastoral Care Team. Christine came bearing thoughtful gifts—an assortment of books for both men and women, ensuring our residents have a variety of reading materials to enjoy.

One of our residents, David, was especially delighted by the donation. As an avid reader, he expressed his excitement about diving into all the books chosen for men. His enthusiasm was contagious, inspiring others to explore the new collection.

During her visit, Christine also asked if there was anything else the home needed. Our team mentioned that knitted blankets would be a wonderful addition for our residents. True to her word, just a week later, Christine returned with a collection of beautifully knitted blankets, each the perfect size for our residents to use and enjoy. The warmth and comfort these blankets provide have been deeply appreciated by everyone at Mill View.
