Advinia Care Homes Launches “Heroes of Happiness” to Celebrate Colleague Wellbeing

We are delighted to announce the launch of Heroes of Happiness – a brand-new recognition initiative that celebrates colleagues who bring joy, compassion, and positivity into the lives of residents and fellow team members.

The programme forms part of Advinia’s wider B Happie Colleague Pillars of Happiness framework, which is dedicated to supporting colleague wellbeing, boosting morale, and strengthening workplace culture across all homes.

Each month, colleagues will be invited to nominate team members who embody the true spirit of happiness through their kindness, encouragement, and commitment. These everyday heroes will be recognised for creating uplifting environments where both residents and colleagues feel valued, cared for, and inspired.

The first Heroes of Happiness will be revealed in the coming weeks, with celebrations taking place across Advinia homes to share their stories of inspiration and ensure their contributions are recognised in a truly meaningful way.
