Arncliffe Court Care Home Celebrates Staff Appreciation Day

Arncliffe Court Care Home held a successful Staff Appreciation Day on 11th March 2025 to recognise and celebrate the hard work and dedication of its incredible team. The day was filled with gratitude, treats, and a strong sense of camaraderie as staff came together to celebrate their achievements and contributions.

Throughout the day and night, staff were treated to a range of refreshments, including fizzy drinks and sweet treats, which helped create a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere. Each team also received a certificate of appreciation, personally signed by Home Manager Vicky Sharpe, as a token of recognition for their hard work and commitment.

What made the event even more special was that some staff members attended on their days off, showing the strong bond and sense of community within the team. “It was so nice to see everyone together and smiling,” said one staff member. “It really felt like we were being appreciated for everything we do.”

Vicky Sharpe, Home Manager at Arncliffe Court, expressed her gratitude and pride in her team:

Staff members shared their appreciation for the recognition and the chance to unwind together. One team member said, “It’s lovely to feel valued – the certificate and the little gift were such thoughtful touches.” Another staff member added, “The sweet treats were a nice bonus, but it’s the acknowledgment of our hard work that really means the most.”
