The first five eligible new residents admitted after 28th September 2026 can save a total of £800 across the first four weeks of their stay.

Oxford Manor provides personalised care in a warm and welcoming environment, where residents are supported to feel safe, comfortable and connected. Our experienced team works closely with residents and their families to understand each person’s individual needs, preferences and routines.

The Autumn Welcome offer is available to privately funded residents joining Oxford Manor on a permanent basis. All placements are subject to an individual care needs assessment.

Terms and Conditions

• The offer is limited to the first five eligible new admissions taking place after 28th September 2026.
• It applies to privately funded, permanent placements only and does not apply to respite stays or Local Authority-funded placements.
• The discount will be applied weekly across the first four weeks of the resident’s stay and reflected in the relevant invoices.
• The fee is subject to an assessment of the resident’s care needs.
• The initial fee does not include future increases in dependency. If a care review is required, a new fee may be applied and billed accordingly.
• A 28-day notice period applies.
• A signed contract and Direct Debit mandate must be provided before admission.
• Any refunds due will be paid within the standard 45-day terms.
• All other standard Advinia terms and conditions for permanent admissions apply.
