Braemount Care Home Celebrates Exceptional Nurse Joseph Mbabila

At Braemount Care Home, we are thrilled to shine a spotlight on the incredible Joseph Mbabila, our B Happie Colleague of the Month!

Joseph joined our team a year ago from Ghana as a Pre-Registered Nurse, and his journey with us has been nothing short of inspiring. In July 2024, he achieved his nurse PIN and has since excelled in his role as a Staff Nurse. His exceptional kindness, hard work, and incredible patience have made a lasting impact on residents and colleagues alike.

Known for his unwavering commitment and gentle demeanour, Joseph is a true asset to our team. His Manager shares, “You couldn’t meet a kinder man. He is well respected by his colleagues, and as his Manager, I trust him implicitly.”

Joseph’s dedication and compassion exemplify the values we hold dear at Braemount Care Home. We are proud to have him as part of our family and grateful for the difference he makes every day in the lives of those around him.
