It’s been a week of double delight at Roberttown Care Home, where Home Manager Marie Sharp and her team are celebrating two incredible achievements: a Heroes of Happiness Award win and a successful ICB inspection.
Marie, who leads with unwavering compassion and commitment, has been recognised with the Heroes of Happiness Award for her outstanding dedication to both her residents and her team. Her positive energy, leadership, and deep sense of care have created a truly special atmosphere at Roberttown, one where residents feel valued and staff feel inspired.
To make the week even brighter, Roberttown Care Home also passed their ICB inspection this morning with flying colours, reflecting the home’s continued commitment to excellence, teamwork, and resident wellbeing.
