Empowering Recovery: Bishop’s Cleeve Launches Premier Rehabilitation Service

Bishop’s Cleeve Care Home is excited to announce the launch of an innovative rehabilitation service, designed to empower residents on their journey to recovery and independence.
Our therapists who are specialised in personalised physiotherapy and occupational therapy, will support individuals recovering from illness, surgery, or hospital stays. Under the expert care of a dedicated multidisciplinary team, residents benefit from tailored rehabilitation plans that integrate medical care, engaging therapies, and stimulating activities.
Tanya Laity, Home Manager at Bishop’s Cleeve commented: “It is wonderful for Bishops Cleeve Care Home to be in a situation to provide onsite rehabilitation for our residents and be in a situation where we can offer short term respite for those require rehabilitation services to enable people to gain back their independence and return to their own homes.
 
Everyone at Bishops Cleeve Care Home is looking forward to this new journey our wonderful hone is taking, and we are further hopeful this new facility will be able to support our overrun NHS services and out local community.”
Residents can enjoy rehabilitation in Bishop’s Cleeve’s dedicated therapy suite, where they’ll participate in one to one physiotherapy, exercise classes, occupational therapy, nutritional support, group sessions, and practical activities such as kitchen assessments and mobility training.
Alongside rehabilitation, Bishop’s Cleeve offers exceptional 24-hour nursing and residential care, dementia support, and respite services, all within luxurious surroundings. Residents have access to en-suite wet rooms, sensory gardens, an on-site cinema, a café, and unrestricted visiting hours, creating a comfortable, vibrant community.
