Oxford Manor Care Home is excited to announce the launch of an innovative rehabilitation service, designed to empower residents on their journey to recovery and independence.
Specialising in personalised physiotherapy and occupational therapy, this service supports individuals recovering from illness, surgery, or hospital stays. Under the expert care of a dedicated multidisciplinary team, residents benefit from tailored rehabilitation plans that integrate medical care, engaging therapies, and stimulating activities.
Flenton D’Cruz, Home Manager at Oxford Manor, commented: “We’re passionate about enhancing lives through personalised care. Our goal is to help each resident regain their independence and confidence, preparing them for a smooth transition back home or into independent living.”
Residents can enjoy rehabilitation in Oxford Manor’s dedicated therapy space, where they’ll participate in one to one physiotherapy, exercise classes, occupational therapy, nutritional support, group sessions, and practical activities such as kitchen assessments and mobility training.
Alongside rehabilitation, Oxford Manor offers exceptional 24-hour nursing and residential care, dementia support, and respite services, all within luxurious surroundings. Residents have access to en-suite wet rooms, sensory gardens, an on-site cinema, a café, and unrestricted visiting hours, creating a comfortable, vibrant community.
