Helen brings an impressive 27 years of experience in care, having begun her career with Bupa before continuing her journey with Advinia Health Care. Over nearly three decades, she has supported multiple care homes, consistently demonstrating flexibility, strong leadership, and a deep commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Throughout her career, Helen has played a pivotal role in leading and developing initiatives focused on improving Resident safety and wellbeing. Her proactive approach and attention to detail have helped create safer, more supportive environments for both Residents and Colleagues alike.
Before entering the care sector, Helen built a solid foundation in hospitality. Starting as a hotel receptionist, she progressed into accounts roles, developing key organisational and administrative skills. These early experiences have continued to influence her work, contributing to her structured approach and high level of professionalism.
