Whether she’s preparing meals, lending a helping hand to colleagues, or taking the time to brighten someone’s day, Ellen is known for always going the extra mile with a smile.

Ellen was nominated by the Head Chef at Golfhill Care Home, making the recognition especially meaningful. Receiving such high praise from a colleague at another Advinia home reflects the positive impact Ellen has across the wider organisation and highlights the respect she has earned through her hard work and caring nature.
