Selina Ali – Home Manager
“I am a qualified Mental Health Nurse with over ten years of experience working in nursing care homes. My journey with Gorton Parks began in 2022 when I joined as a Clinical Service Manager. Through dedication and hard work, I was promoted to Deputy Manager and now have the privilege of serving as Home Manager.
Working at Gorton Parks has been an immensely rewarding experience, as I have had the opportunity to collaborate with a team of passionate staff while building strong relationships with our residents and their families. Our commitment to tailored, compassionate care and a culture of excellence drives everything we do. With my extensive nursing background and passion for enhancing the well-being of our residents, I am dedicated to ensuring that Gorton Parks remains a place of comfort, dignity, and outstanding care.”
Margaret Davis – Unit Coordinator
“I have 27 years of experience in the care sector and have been a proud member of the Gorton Parks team since 2007. My journey started as a Care Assistant, and through perseverance and passion for caregiving, I progressed to Senior Care Assistant and later Unit Manager. For the past two years, I have been part of the management team as Unit Coordinator.
My role allows me to ensure that residents receive the highest quality of care, supporting both staff and families to create a warm and welcoming environment. At Gorton Parks, our focus is always on providing person-centered care, and I am committed to upholding this ethos every day.”
Felicia Adu-Peprah – Clinical Coordinator
“I am a qualified nurse with 33 years of experience, including 19 years in management roles. I joined Advinia six months ago as a Clinical Unit Coordinator, and I have thoroughly enjoyed working at Gorton Parks. The dedication and ambition of the management team and staff are truly inspiring, and we are all committed to continuously improving and moving the home forward in the right direction.
With my extensive experience in nursing and clinical leadership, I aim to support and guide our team in delivering top-quality care. Ensuring the health, safety, and happiness of our residents is at the heart of everything I do.”
Simona Dinca – Deputy Manager
“My nursing career began in 2012, and over the years, I have worked in various care settings and hospitals. I have held several roles, including Staff Nurse, Clinical Lead, and Unit Manager. In 2022, I joined Advinia Gorton Parks as a Clinical Deputy Manager, where I continue to bring my experience and passion for care leadership.
I firmly believe that compassionate leadership is key to fostering a strong and supportive care environment. Understanding and connecting with residents, staff, and families is essential in ensuring that Gorton Parks remains a place where everyone feels heard and valued. As I always say, our fingerprints don’t fade from the lives we touch.”
