Residents, families and colleagues at Kingsway Care Home are celebrating the incredible contribution of Stephen Milligan, whose dedication, hard work and caring nature continue to make a lasting difference throughout the home.
Stephen plays a vital role in ensuring the home remains safe, welcoming and comfortable for residents, visitors and staff alike. From maintaining the home’s facilities to helping create enjoyable outdoor spaces and quickly responding to day-to-day needs, Stephen is known for always going above and beyond with a smile.
Colleagues describe Stephen as a valued member of the team who brings positivity, reliability and kindness to every task. Residents also regularly praise his friendly personality and willingness to help, with many enjoying stopping for a chat as he works around the home.
Located in Langley Park, Durham, Kingsway Care Home provides specialist nursing, dementia and mental health care in a warm and person-centred environment.
