Oxford Manor Care Home Welcomes New Manager, Flenton D’Cruz

Oxford Manor Care Home is delighted to announce the appointment of Flenton D’Cruz as its new Home Manager. With over 16 years of experience in the care home sector as a Registered Nurse, Flenton brings a wealth of expertise, passion, and dedication to the role.
Flenton’s approach to leadership reflects a deep commitment to the core values of Oxford Manor: delivering high-quality, person-centered care and fostering an environment where both residents and staff feel valued.
“Hello, I’m Flenton D’Cruz, Home Manager at Oxford Manor Care Home. I am fully dedicated to an organisation that puts people – those living in our care homes, along with all of our staff – at the heart of everything we do. It’s my pleasure working for an organisation which is focused on the delivery of high-quality care,” shared Flenton.
Flenton is passionate about enhancing the quality of life for residents at Oxford Manor, taking a ‘whole home’ approach to care. “We aim to support our residents to live meaningful lives, respecting their choices, promoting their independence, and delivering compassionate care that positively impacts their day-to-day living. Seeing smiles from happy residents or hearing how our team has made a difference in someone’s life is what makes this work so rewarding.”
Under Flenton’s leadership, Oxford Manor will continue its mission of prioritising the health, happiness, and wellbeing of its residents. He is excited to lead the dynamic and dedicated team at Oxford Manor, fostering a supportive and family-like atmosphere.
