Oxford Manor Care Home Welcomes New Manager, Flenton D’Cruz

Oxford Manor Care Home is delighted to announce the appointment of Flenton D’Cruz as its new Home Manager. With over 16 years of experience in the care home sector as a Registered Nurse, Flenton brings a wealth of expertise, passion, and dedication to the role.
Flenton’s approach to leadership reflects a deep commitment to the core values of Oxford Manor: delivering high-quality, person-centered care and fostering an environment where both residents and staff feel valued.

Seeing smiles from happy residents or hearing how our team has made a difference in someone’s life is what makes this work so rewarding.”
