Parklands Court Celebrates Chef Appreciation Week

This week, Parklands Court Care Home proudly celebrated Chef Appreciation Week, shining a spotlight on the incredible dedication and talent of the home’s kitchen team.

Every day, the chefs go above and beyond to prepare meals that not only meet residents’ dietary needs but also cater to their personal likes and dislikes, ensuring every plate is served with care. Under the guidance of Chef Manager Wendy, the team works closely together to deliver delicious, nutritious menus that bring joy and comfort to residents.

Wendy shared: “It is lovely for our team to give us a thank you — this really does mean so much. Our team in the kitchen work so hard and it’s amazing to get the recognition. Thank you, Parklands!”

Newer member of the team, Kitchen Assistant Liam, added: “I’ve only been at Parklands a short time now and I love working here. We learn new things every day and ensure our residents are well catered for. Thank you team.”

The Parklands Court community is deeply grateful to the entire kitchen team for their passion, creativity, and commitment to making mealtimes such a positive experience for residents.
