Ryland View Care Home Team Celebrates ‘Good’ CQC Rating

9 February 2026

Home manager Peter Bharj and his team at Ryland View Care Home on Arnhem Way in Tipton were delighted to be rated ‘Good’ across all categories by inspectors.

During the inspection in November, inspectors spoke to residents, their families and staff about their experiences living and working at Ryland View.

Inspectors wrote: “People told us they felt safe, respected and cared for by kind staff who knew them well.

“[Residents] received kind, compassionate and person-centred care that respected their dignity, individuality and independence. Staff understood people’s preferences, communication needs and protected characteristics, and people were supported to make choices and maintain control over their daily lives.”

Following the publication of the inspector’s remarks, Peter said the assessment gave everyone at Ryland View cause to feel proud.

Peter said: “We are all incredibly proud to have received such a positive assessment from the CQC inspectors.

“Everyone here is united in our goal to provide the best person-centred care to the residents, and it’s always gratifying to know we are succeeding.

“The residents are the heart of our care home, and we will continue to strive to provide excellent care and do everything we can to support them to lead happy, full lives with us here.”
