Supporting Our Team: Staff Wellbeing Table Now Available at Norwood Care Home

At Norwood Care Home, the wellbeing of our colleagues is just as important as the wellbeing of our residents. As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting our team, we are proud to introduce a new Staff Wellbeing Table, now available for all colleagues to access.
The table is stocked with a variety of essential items, including toiletries, non-perishable food, female hygiene products, laundry supplies, pens, and more. It has been created as a judgement-free, take-what-you-need resource — there are no questions asked, and no obligation to replace anything taken. If colleagues wish to contribute items in the future, they are welcome to do so, but it is never expected.
We recognise that life can bring unexpected challenges, and we want every member of our team to feel supported, valued, and cared for. This initiative is a small but meaningful way to ease everyday pressures and strengthen our compassionate workplace community.
