Tanya took on the role of Home Manager over seven months ago, determined to bring stability and positive change. She has since focused on resident wellbeing, compliance, and fostering a supportive atmosphere. Tanya is excited for upcoming activities like the talent show, sports day, and day trips. She expresses immense gratitude to her team for their hard work and dedication.

Karen – Wellbeing Coordinator
Previously a Senior Care Assistant, Karen transitioned into her new role to enhance residents’ happiness through engaging activities. Her enthusiasm and warm personality have made a tremendous impact. Fun Fact: Karen’s first concert was Meatloaf, and she fondly remembers her first date at a local disco!

Jessica – Deputy Manager
Starting as a Care Assistant when the home first opened, Jessica quickly rose through the ranks due to her dedication and expertise. Now Deputy Manager, she plays a crucial role in the home’s daily operations. Fun Fact: Jessica has three children, a golden retriever, and a passion for photography.

Luke – Administrator

Sue – Head Housekeeper

A part of Bishops Cleeve since its opening, Sue ensures the home is kept spotless while leading the domestic and laundry teams. She is always found chatting with residents and brightening their day. Fun Fact: Sue was a hockey champion and used to play the guitar!

Pat – Volunteer
Since retiring, Pat has found joy in volunteering at the home, spending time with residents and sharing great conversations. Her visits are cherished, and the residents look forward to her warmth and kindness every week.

Marius – Senior Care Assistant

Mariusz – Maintenance Operative
