Woodstock Care Home Celebrates Long Service Milestones for Dedicated Team Members

17 June 2026

Woodstock Care Home is proud to celebrate the dedication and commitment of two valued colleagues, Anne Nee and Lisa Carpenter, who are both marking 11 years of service since returning to the home in June 2015.

Both Anne and Lisa have become integral members of the Woodstock family, making a lasting impact on residents, relatives, and colleagues through their hard work, compassion, and unwavering commitment to delivering a positive experience for everyone at the home.

Anne Nee, Woodstock’s Home Administrator, first joined the company in 2008 as a Care Assistant. After taking a break to focus on raising her four children, Anne returned to Woodstock in 2015 and transitioned into her administrative role. Since then, she has played a key part in supporting the smooth running of the home, always offering a friendly face, a listening ear, and invaluable support to residents, families, and colleagues alike.

Lisa Carpenter, a member of the Domestic Team, also has a long-standing connection with Woodstock. Having originally joined the company more than 20 years ago as a Senior Carer, Lisa later took a short break before returning to the home in 2015. Her commitment to Woodstock runs deep, with care and dedication being very much a family tradition. Lisa’s mother and both of her sisters have worked at the home over the years, with one sister still part of the team today and due to celebrate an incredible 33 years of service this October.

Together, Anne and Lisa exemplify the values that make Woodstock Care Home such a special place. Their dedication, reliability, and genuine passion for supporting residents have helped create the warm and welcoming environment enjoyed by all who live and work at the home.

Everyone at Woodstock Care Home would like to extend their heartfelt thanks and congratulations to Anne and Lisa for their outstanding service and continued commitment. Their contributions over the years have made a real difference, and the team looks forward to celebrating many more milestones with them in the future.
