What our colleagues say
“I came to Hammerwich Hall to help my mum, who was a Senior Carer here, with a Christmas afternoon tea in 1991 and ended up getting a job. I’ve been here ever since – 29 years! I was ever so surprised to find out they were recognising my work. It’s a very nice thought and a kind gesture, I’m delighted.”
“I look forward to coming into work every day since I have worked for Advinia. The manager is great a real breath of fresh air, I have learnt so much from her. The culture of being kind to each other, supporting your colleagues is at the for front of everything we do. The most enjoyable part of the job for me is being a part of a truly great team.”
“Advinia is a welcoming warm company that offers the best opportunities for its employees to thrive and move forward in their career. The staff are kind natured and very friendly and they keep the residents well looked after and cared for.”
