Advinia Healthcare celebrates Jess Rowley – Heroes of Happiness Award Winner

Advinia Healthcare is proud to announce that Jess Rowley has been recognised with a Heroes of Happiness Award for her exceptional dedication, compassion, and resilience.
Jess has consistently gone above and beyond in her role, always willing to support any Advinia home, whether nearby or further afield. Recently, she has been offering invaluable support to both Oxford Manor and Netherton, despite her own home being a busy 96-bed service with a high turnover of D2A and end-of-life residents.
Managing an impressive workload, Jess handles around 20 enquiries each week and maintains a strong conversion rate for show-arounds — all while balancing her own health challenges with remarkable positivity and professionalism.

Her nomination praised her for being “always willing to help out ANY home” and for keeping everything running smoothly under pressure. Her commitment to residents, families, and colleagues truly embodies Advinia’s values of care, teamwork, and happiness.
