Arncliffe Court Hosts Joyful Summer Party

On 16th August, Arncliffe Court Care Home came alive with music, laughter, and plenty of community spirit as residents, families, staff, and friends gathered for the annual Summer Party.

The day was filled with activities for all to enjoy, including lively tombola and raffle stalls, and entertainment from a much-loved singer who had everyone joining in. Residents were smiling throughout the afternoon, with plenty of laughter echoing around the home.

Family members praised the celebration, with one commenting: “Thank you. It could not be improved on. It was perfect — thank you again.” Another added: “A lovely afternoon, mum has really enjoyed herself too.”

The fun wasn’t just for residents — carers and guests also had a fantastic time. One carer said: “Lovely day, and I also won some lovely prizes — residents loved it.” A visiting store representative shared her gratitude too: “Thank you for having me today. It was lovely to meet you all.”

From start to finish, the event was described as “simply the best,” bringing joy to everyone involved and creating wonderful memories to treasure.
