Christmas Jumper Day Brings Festive Cheer to Parklands Court

Parklands Court Care Home was full of festive spirit on 11th December, as residents and staff came together to celebrate Christmas Jumper Day.

The whole home embraced the occasion, with everyone donning their best Christmas jumpers and soaking up the seasonal atmosphere. With Christmas music playing and trees twinkling throughout the home, it wasn’t long before staff and residents were up dancing together, sharing laughter and smiles as the festive cheer spread across the site.

Odette, Interim Manager, said:
“We love this time of year here at Parklands, and we always pull together to ensure our residents enjoy their time with us. Everyone wearing their Christmas jumpers has certainly brought in the festive cheer!”

Resident Joyce added:
“Oh, it’s been lovely seeing all our home family dressed up for Christmas. Even more so with the music — I couldn’t help but get up and dance with Tobias!”

The day was a joyful reminder of the warm, family-like atmosphere at Parklands Court, where the festive season is all about togetherness, happiness, and making special memories.
