Hero of Happiness Award – Celebrating Sophie from Arncliffe Court!

We’re incredibly proud to recognise Sophie, a dedicated Carer at Arncliffe Court Nursing Home in Liverpool, who has been awarded our Hero of Happiness Award for her exceptional compassion, professionalism and unwavering commitment to resident wellbeing.
This award follows a heartfelt letter from a resident’s family member, who wanted to ensure Sophie received the appreciation she truly deserves.
They wrote:
“Sophie is a real credit to your team. She knows the residents extremely well and genuinely cares about their well-being. She consistently goes above and beyond, treating each person with patience, dignity and warmth.I recently witnessed her handle a challenging situation with calmness, professionalism and compassion. Her communication skills and level-headed approach were outstanding.We have every confidence in the care my aunt receives when Sophie is on duty. Her hard work, kindness and professionalism make a real difference every day.”
