Alma Barn Lodge and Bishop’s Cleeve Care Homes would like to extend a special Early Summer Offer to new residents and their families!
Our discounted respite stays offer the ideal opportunity to ‘trial’ a care home stay and ‘try before you buy’. If, at the end of the respite stay, you make an informed decision to stay with us long term then we will offer a further Welcome Discount of £250 off of your weekly fees for the first 8 weeks of your stay.
We take great pride in providing excellent standards of care and meeting the needs of each individual resident. We know that peace of mind is paramount when deciding on a care home placement and we offer a warm and welcoming home from home where your loved one will be part of the family.

To qualify for the discount a minimum respite stay of 14 nights are required.

Respite stay is payable in advance and fees are due prior to admission.

If an extended respite period is required then additional weeks may be added provided this is agreed prior to admission and included in the advance payment. These additional weeks will be offered at the same discounted rate.

Extensions of respite periods after admission ie during the stay, do not qualify for additional discounts
- Any fees paid are non-refundable.
- Fee rate subject to an assessment of care needs.

Respite offer is only valid one time per resident.

Following respite stay, if Resident continues to a long term contract then the long term discount below will apply.

- Initial fee does not include any increases in dependency. If a care review is
required a new fee will be applied and billed accordingly. - Notice period is 28 days.
- Signed Direct Debit and contract must be presented prior to admission.
