Norwood Care Home Residents Enjoy Elvis Tribute Night

On the evening of Friday, May 10th, four residents from Norwood Care Home, accompanied by Ellen, the wellbeing coordinator, and carer Barbie, ventured to Haydale Care Home for a special Elvis tribute night. Among the attendees were Agnes Timmons, Cathy Brookes, Grace O’Neil, and Kathleen McMillan.

The event proved to be a resounding success, with all the residents thoroughly enjoying themselves. Agnes Timmons, in particular, expressed her delight, describing the night as “great” and praising the quality of the Elvis impersonator. She took a moment to extend her gratitude to Izzy and Kirstin, the wellbeing coordinators at Haydale, for extending the invitation.

In the lead-up to the event, anticipation ran high among the residents, with Agnes and Cathy eagerly looking forward to the night’s festivities. Their expectations were met and exceeded, as both Cathy and Grace later confirmed that they had indeed had a wonderful time.
