Barratt Homes Boost Longwood Grange Resident’s Fund With £1,000 Donation

Longwood Grange Residents have been bowled over by a huge £1,000 donation from Barratt Homes.
The benevolent building company hand out grants to local worthy causes each year and ask for nominations.
One of their employees is the daughter of a Longwood Grange Resident and nominated the Home to be among the charity fund’s beneficiaries.
The whole team were overjoyed when they were told that the Care Home had been chosen to receive the £1,000 donation.
Home Manager Christine Quinn said the money would go towards giving the Residents lots of treats in 2021.
Christine said: “We’re delighted to be one of the recipients of Barratt Homes’ charity fund donations.
“We’re going to use the money towards booking entertainment for when it’s safe for people to come into our Home again. We’ll also purchase games and resources to offer a more varied activities programme.
“We’d like to thank everyone at Barratt Homes for their generosity.”
