Spooky Treats and Smiles at Advinia’s Elderslie Care Home!

It was all treats and no tricks at Elderslie Care Home this Halloween, as residents enjoyed a frightfully fun celebration filled with delicious bakes, laughter, and festive spirit — all thanks to the creativity and dedication of the home’s talented Hospitality team.

Head Chef Colin led the way in the kitchen, whipping up a range of spooky-themed goodies that delighted residents and filled the dining room with the aroma of freshly baked treats. From pumpkin-inspired pastries to ghostly cupcakes, every creation was made with care, flavour, and a sprinkle of Halloween magic.

Residents joined in the fun, enjoying the themed decorations and seasonal snacks that made the day truly special. The celebration was a perfect reminder of how mealtimes at Elderslie are about much more than food — they’re moments of connection, joy, and community.
