A message from our Home Manager

“I am an ambitious, supportive, attentive and standards-driven Clinical Deputy Manager who has gained lots of experience dealing with challenging situations, managing lots of different teams and helping my employer achieve their operational and commercial goals.

I assist My Home Manager in making key decisions, attending meetings, hiring and training new staff, monitoring business performance, preparing Audits and coordinating between many different Houses.

My hobbies are travelling and socialising with different people from around the world. I would love to own and manage my Nursing Home . I’ve had amazing mentors and managers in my past positions, so I’d like to be able to provide similar guidance, potentially taking on a leadership role.”
