Person-centred care

Our Residents are treated with dignity and compassion from the moment they arrive and whilst we ensure everyone has an individualised, person-centred care plan, our support goes far beyond any medical needs. We spend time getting to know our Residents, finding out their likes and dislikes and what their favourite things are to do. Our Home also has regular visits from a range of external professionals including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, opticians and dentists among others.

Living life to the full

There’s a real buzz at our Care Home in Annan with a wide variety of activities and social events taking place. Residents are particularly keen on enjoying live music and a whole variety of performers have managed to delight our Annan Court audience. Performances continued even during lockdown where recitals were streamed online and shown via the television screen.

We’ve also got lots of arts and crafts workshops taking place, alongside our firm favourites of bingo and quizzes. For those who enjoy a spot of pampering, we offer a new ‘Pamper Friday’ opportunity with our pop-up spa. Residents can choose from a selection that includes homemade face packs, body scrubs, hot cloth face cleansing and hair treatments.

A message from our Manager

I have been the home manager at Annan Court since January 2022. We are a home away from home for all of the residents who live here. Our teams strive to deliver the best possible care and support at all times and we adapt to suit all of the individual needs of each person. We are always looking for ways to improve on the quality of care we provide and to maintain our high standards.
