CARE FOR YOU
We understand that moving into a care home can be a challenging process and so our care team works closely with families, the local authority and healthcare professionals to ensure a smooth transition for all Residents.
We believe high-quality care is only possible if it is tailored to the unique needs of each individual person. So as soon as a new Resident joins us, we spend time getting to know them, learning about their likes and dislikes, and help them personalise their room so it feels just like home. We make sure each Resident has a bespoke support plan and activity schedule that means their individual preferences are always met and that they can live the life they choose.

The vibrant community within our Home enjoys regular music and dance activities, art and crafts workshops, and karaoke is always a firm favourite, as Residents reminisce over songs from their youth.
We organise regular outings to performances, picnics and restaurants and our seasonal events such as our Summer and Christmas fetes always prove hugely popular with the local community.

What residents and families say about us
Here are some of our latest reviews from CareHome.co.uk, the leading care home review website.
I would say how lovely to see how all the care workers look after everyone and make them feel safe. There is always something going on with lots of activities.
I know when I leave my mum to go home, I have no worries because she is well looked after.
The manager and administrator are brilliant, and looked after my friend and kept me informed of his health and wellbeing.
The lockdown has been and continues to make visiting loved ones difficult. However, Cloisters has kept up its high standard throughout and during July I have seen everyone going above and beyond to ensure everyone that is able gets to see relatives as often as possible. Garden visits and walks around the grounds everyone is happy and enjoys their day. Birthdays are celebrated and staff love to join in with everyone. We are very lucky for mum to be so loved.
